This is Way Better than Boot Camp

We offer group fitness training, personal fitness training, strength and conditioning and nutritional guidance. Our members and clients are people of ALL LEVELS who want to balance digging in and working HARD with learning and practicing proper form, technique and foundational exercises to keep the body healthy. 

Group Training

Fitness Fusion workouts combine unique and diverse exercise techniques like TRX trainingp90X exercises, core strength, "crossfit and boot camp style" workouts, bodyweight, barbells, dumbbells, and more.  

 

Personal Training

Our personal fitness training clients include baby boomers, high school and college athletes, masters athletes and "every day" people of any age, gender or fitness level.
