WHAT DO YOU WANT IN YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE? These days the average person gets bored with their exercise routine, lacks the knowledge to get the results they need, or just plain and simple....are lazy or unmotivated!  So, what is the solution to this problem?  Is it a personal trainer? Maybe, but the average person can sometimes have a hard time affording going to a personal trainer enough times each month to make it effective.  However, if you can find a good personal trainer that will communicate and spend the time necessary in order for you to be effective outside of your sessions, you have found a good trainer.  Any trainer that meets with you once a week and sends you on your way after the workout with no direction, won't retain clients very long.  Sure, they might put together a good routine for you that day with great guidance and motivation for you for that hour but what about the other 6 days of the week when you are not with them?  Are you working out and eating right?  Doubtful....unless you are a motivated individual and usually these people don't need personal trainers to begin with unless it is for furthering their knowledge in the fitness field.  Now don't get me wrong, there are plenty of great personal trainers out there, myself being one of them....just be picky and find the right one if that is the direction you would like to go in. FUSION CAMPS....YOUR FITNESS SOLUTION:  Fusion Camps are located in Easthampton, Ma at Fitness Fusion and held 24 TIMES EACH WEEK.  There are 2 types of camps to choose from each offering 12 sessions per week.  Both camps are similar in style but have differences in the intensity of exercises.  Our first camp, "Foundations of Fusion" offer low-moderate intensity exercises and are suited for all fitness levels.  It is run by one of our trainers, Brittany Cocco( Fit Brit) and exercises can be modified based on your fitness level and goals.  The second camp is the "Fusion Camp" run by owner and trainer, John Glynn( GetGlynnyFit). This is a higher intensity camp for people who would like to be pushed and you can burn anywhere from 700-1000 calories per session based on the level of intensity and how hard you would like to push yourself. At Fitness Fusion, we would really like you to choose what camp you would like to attend but also need to keep your personal well-being in mind.  That being said, we offer a FREE fitness assessment before you start our camps.  This is to see what level of fitness your are currently at and any muscle imbalances we should be aware of before you start training with us. After you fitness assessment, please feel free to take advantage of our FREE WEEK TRIAL to make sure our camps are right for you. Fusion camps are $69/mo. and classes are UNLIMITED. Another advantage to our fusion camps is that when you sign up for either camp, you have the option of attending either camp, if needed, for flexibility in your schedule.  We recommend attending 3 times/ week along with eating a healthy diet.
