Weekly Schedule

Training routines vary within the week. Plus, workouts change "more dramatically" on a monthly basis to keep it interesting and get you in shape quicker (helps you break through fitness plateaus!).  Workouts are crafted with variations for all fitness levels and incorporate a variety of creative exercises using: body weight, dumbbells, cardio, core, TRX, p90x exercises, crossfit exercises, plyometrics, sandbells, monster truck tires, sledgehammers, agility ladder and more!

Shy About Starting Off in Group Training?

The most common question we hear from people who want to start at Fitness Fusion is, "Am I ready for group training?"

Even though, for most people the answer is yes, some people still feel more comfortable starting with a handful of 1-1 personal training sessions, or small group training (with 1 to 3 friends or family members) and then joining the group.
