Small Group Personal Training
Small group sessions give you a chance to workout with friends in a fun setting. Plus, it's more affordable.
We offer 2-1 training and group sessions of 3-5 people. We'll have an initial conversation about the goals and expectations of the group, and then training is structured with both individual and personal goals in mind in order to cater to the different fitness levels of the group.
